I have a desktop and I need something mobile for this next semester of school because I'm going to have free time between classes.

So that leads me to my question:

Netbook or Tablet?

A Netbook has a keyboard, lots of storage and isn't (for the most part) easily breakable.

A tablet doesn't have a keyboard, would need to get a Micro SD Card to boost the storage and is rather easily broken.

But considering that with the exception of one, most of my computers don't last six months, a tablet might be a good idea. And they are significantly cheaper than a Netbook.

I guess I'm headed towards a Tablet, but I want to see how much my paycheck is before I make a final decision.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Cookies?

No, I'm not talking about a guy.

Let me just start with that.

I was looking up Kre-O TF's on Ebay, because my local Wal*Mart doesn't carry that many and I hit the Buy It Now option to help sort it out. Kreon!Skywarp was the first one I saw.

My hand literally flew to my mouth and my vocal reaction was "Aww! He's adorable!"

I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate the sentiment.

Oh, and I'm doing this while I'm supposed to be working on an essay for school which, for me, started on Tuesday.

I think I have a problem.

I bought a Sideswipe along time ago and he's been lonely lately. So, recently, I got a Kre-O Optimus and put him together and Sideswipe was happy.

Then, today, I had a few minutes and some money (which is a terrible combination), I picked up Kre-O Jazz for five dollars less than he usually is. It was a choice between him and Mirage, but I like Jazz better. XD

Anyway, I just now finished getting him put together while Kreon!Jazz and Jazz's unattached head supervised.

He was a lot more work than Optimus.

I haven't introduced them to Sides or Optimus yet, but I'll take a few shots of them when I'm done.

Oh, forewarning, the pics will be with my phone, since I don't have a camera anymore.

Maybe once things settle more I can get a real camera. XD

Was tooling around the internet last night and stopped by the Youmacon page. Only to discover that one of my favorite Transformers voice actors, Scott McNeil, will be at Youmacon this year.

...

Why the happy, then angry emoticons? Because I can't go.

Because of finances (obviously), travel expenses and the fact that it runs through my birthday and one day I have a class at school.



Oh well. Perhaps I can go to BotCon next year.

Side Note: My season job ended on the 30th. I spent the whole summer being a Laundry Monkey and don't even have a computer to show for it.

But, on the bright side, I'm now doing a work study at my college, so I'll be making money there. It won't have as many hours (therefore not as much money) as the other one, but it'll still be something and I get one more paycheck from the first one.

Maybe a computer with that. XD

Right now, I'm working and going to start trying to bring my halloween costume together. It's a classic assassin (I think I've already mentioned this), but would that be okay for a cosplay?

I'm just thinking about it is all.
