Rex slung Anakin's arm over his shoulders as Bly got the otherside and they followed the two Jedi out. Rex didn't know Bly all that well, but he was a good man and Rex respected that.

"How long have you served with General Secura?" Rex asked over a private com. Bly shrugged a little.

"Since Genosis. 6 Months, give or take." he said. Rex nodded. "What about you?" Bly asked.

"Since Genosis, same as you. I've seen you watching General Secura. Something going on there?" he asked, out of nothing more than sheer boredom. He was worried about the Separatists, but prefered not to think about that right now.

"I don't know, what's going with you and Commander Tano?" Bly retorted. Rex tried not to let his irritation show, but Bly was pushing something he shouldn't.

"Absolutely nothing." Rex answered, his voice carefully oblique. Bly chuckled over the comm.

"Come on, Rex. I've seen the way you look at her. I'm not a Jedi, but I know love when I see it."

"Maybe we should focus on the mission." Now Rex was all business. Bly sighed and gave a short nod.

"As you like, ner vod." he replied and Rex couldn't help but feel guility. Here the man had called him 'my brother' and he was acting like an ass.

"It's just... It's a sore subject, Bly." Rex said. When the Commander spoke, Rex heard faint amusement.

"You doing something with the Commander against Regs., Captain?"

"With all due respect, Commander, are you doing something with the General against Regs.?" For a moment there was silence, then Bly started to laugh and Rex joined him. After a moment, they settled down.

"I won't say anything if you don't." Rex said. Bly chuckled.

"I won't either, ner vod."

"Coruscanta a'den mhi, Vode an*."

"Jorso'ran kando a tome."
